Responsibilities:

 

  • Be the voice of Eastern Skiing.

  • Create, curate, manage, posting, and brand interface with all social media accounts.

  • Create and keep up with social calendar, daily posting, customer interaction, and keeping the stoked level at an all time high.

  • Produce and execute all STE live events.

  • Manage all details from branding, prizing, awards, and event production. (Average 8 events per year)

  • Create and implement all marketing efforts of the brand alongside digital content coordinator. Some specifics included:

  • Create, execute and distribute all content across multiple platforms. (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)

  • Track and adjust based on metrics. (Sprout Social)

  • Produce photo and video shoots.  

  • Hire photographers, pick locations,  organize marketing materials, and cast and hire models for all shoots and campaigns.

  • Work closely with Production Manager shooting ski content with the branded STE team.  Help with shot selection, set up and capture the excitement, the fun, the vibe via social media.

  • Studio photography and lifestyle photography.  

  • Post photography work. (Photoshop, Illustrator)

  • Manage Website content. (Wordpress, Shopify)

  • Web manager of ecommerce.  Helped expand STE’s online commerce system including work with shopify, amazon, and STE website.

  • Help manage release, look, timing of three web series. (Two ski, One Weather)

  • Upload, copy, screen grabs, exporting, and managing release for all that ski porn.

  • Be the voice of camp.

  • Social media management, daily posts, replying to comments and messages

  • Create and implement brand voice for camp, keeping brand consistencies. 

  • Write and create session recaps for major ski news outlet sites. (Newschoolers, Zapskis, etc.)

  • Website content management in association with web managers

  • Ski, enjoy, and communicate the stoke via social channels

  • Coordinate travel, leisure and hype levels of the weekly visiting pro skiers.

  • Make sure their interaction with campers is what it should be, the best week of their lives!
